what this site collects

nothing. no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no scripts, fonts, stylesheets or images loaded from anyone else's server. there is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login, and nothing is written to your browser's storage.

there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

what runs in your browser

a small amount of javascript that draws the page and opens the menu. it sends nothing anywhere. the one request it makes on its own is prefetching: point at a link to another page on this site and that page starts loading early, from this site, so it opens faster.

the site's content security policy only allows scripts, styles, fonts, images and connections from this domain, so a browser would refuse a third-party tracker even if one were added by mistake.

server logs

the host that serves these pages keeps the request log any web server keeps: an ip address, the page requested, a timestamp and the user-agent string. we do not combine it with anything else or pass it to anyone.

email

there is one way to reach us: info@kontrolplane.dev. we use what you send - usually a name, an email address and a description of what you are building - to reply and, if it becomes an engagement, to do the work.

nothing you send is added to a mailing list, sold or shared. correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant and deleted when it is not.

your rights

under the gdpr you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it at all. email info@kontrolplane.dev and we will act on it.

if a request is not handled to your satisfaction, you can complain to the autoriteit persoonsgegevens (opens in a new tab), the dutch data protection authority.

this site links out to github (opens in a new tab) and linkedin (opens in a new tab), among others. follow one and you are on their infrastructure and under their privacy policy, not ours.
